This workshop house is located near a picturesque village, in an environment of old cork oaks. In order to respect and adapt to the surrounding architecture, we opted for a white rendered facade.
For the interior distribution we gave great importance to the workshop area, with independent access to the rest of the house. We also gave great importance to privacy and to not generating direct visual connections.
That is why the access is in the form of a break, which allows the day area to be collected and turned to the views and south orientation. The master bedroom overlooks a private courtyard that is generated by the displacement of one of the modules.
