A different and exclusive project, in an exceptional natural setting near the Spanish capital. On a steep slope, the house is located on the flattest part of the plot, with access from the street (at a higher level) through a light wooden and metal walkway.
This two-story house has a large terrace, covered by a light pergola, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of the wonderful natural landscape that surrounds the space.
It also has a very pleasant porch space, accompanied by a courtyard with vegetation that blends with the natural environment of the land. On this same floor we also find the bedrooms, from where you can enjoy direct access to the outside.
The combination of the facades with mini-wave sheet metal in different finishes (galvanized on the upper floor and black lacquered on the lower floor), contrasts with wooden pavements and light pergolas. The interior is neutral and warm, with white surfaces combined with poplar OSB.
